This is just a reminder to check your child’s Immunization Card to make sure that they are fully immunized against these diseases:
- Tetanus
- Diphtheria
- Polio
- Measles
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Meningitis
- Pertussis
- Varicella
Book an appointment with your healthcare provider if needed, or contact Public Health.
It is important that you update Public Health after your child receives a vaccination.
