From November 22- 24th, the Monsignor Doyle Arts Department proudly presents an original full length theatrical production entitled
“You and Me and the Zombie Apocalypse”.
The production, written and directed by our own Mr. Kearns, is the story of a group of survivors of a zombie disease, who encounter a mysterious stranger in their own backyard. As the group struggles to stay above the chaos around them, they learn that perhaps, despite all that has happened and will happen, they’re never really alone…
The show is staged as immersive theatre, as the performance takes place all around the audience – so you get to be up close and personal with our zombies 😊
“Y+M+TZA” is an action/thriller/romance with two acts. The cast and crew of 25 are incredibly excited to put on this fast paced and fun show for you.  As a point of interest, there is no graphic violence or fake blood/guts in the show – it’s PG.
The show is recommended for those 13 year of age and older, however, due to some mildly aggressive language, and scenes of violence (stage fights between performers/zombies and implied aggressive action to stop the zombies).
The show will be performed November 22nd , 23rd  & 24th, with each show at 7pm. Door will open fifteen minutes before the show, and we are using general seating. Tickets will go on sale starting November 12th at lunch, and will be on sale until the 23rd at lunch. Tickets will also be on sale at the door before each show. Best of all, tickets for this show are just $7! Or FREE as part of your Mustang 1PASS!!! (if your student has one). Seats are limited so buy early!
